We want you to be happy with what you've chosen and realize it's sometimes hard to tell about a piece just by seeing it on the web. If you're not pleased, just notify the gallery or artist, and return it in its original packaging, making sure to insure the art to its full value. For our complete return policy, go here.
Shipping
Our carrier of choice is DHL, and most of what you receive will arrive in their big yellow vans. Please choose an address that someone is likely to be there to sign for the package. In most cases, your art will arrive within 14 days of ordering. Please allow up to 21 days for photographic prints or framed works.
Order Status
One you have purchased a piece and created an account, just Login and and access your orders through the My Collection link. Your order should be listed in the Order Details tab.
International Orders
Our Paypal shopping cart enables us to accept most currencies using a major credit card or your PayPal account. International shipping has not been estimated in the checkout process, so you may be billed for additional shipping charges based on your location. There are special return requirements for artwork that gets shipped across borders. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
